Denis Mackenzie - Director
Denis brings a passion for property, expertise in commercial strategy and investment and the substantial equity of his investment company, Lynden Investments Group, to EPV Developments. Denis has extensive experience in generating returns on large scale investments as the Managing Director of Lynden Investments Group.
Denis is the former founder and Managing Director of CSG Limited (CSG), a multifaceted IT company with business operations in Australia and New Zealand. Denis floated CSG on the ASX in 2007 and in 2012 CSG sold its Technology Solutions business to NEC in the largest ever IT business sale in Australia. Denis remains a significant shareholder of CSG.
Denis retired from CSG in 2012 to focus on his investment company, Lynden Investments Group. Lynden’s national footprint includes diversified interests in commercial property, Information Technology, aviation and residential and retail developments.
Denis ensures the fiscal strength of EPV Developments with his financial acumen, high-level commercial strategy and purchasing power. Denis commenced his career with Macquarie Bank Limited in Sydney and holds a first class honours degree in finance from the University of Queensland.
Karl Jameson - Director
Karl negotiates, purchases and analyses the premium high-density projects of the firm and oversees all EPV projects.
With a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for superior quality high-density residential projects, Karl ensures that all of EPV's premium apartments are built to an exacting standard.
Karl has over two decades experience successfully navigating real estate cycles in the property industry during which time he has amassed an extensive retail and residential portfolio. Karl is well versed in all facets of the purchase, feasibility, sales and construction of premium residential projects. Having already completed a number of high density residential projects in the inner city of Brisbane within the last few years and with a pipeline of future high rise projects in excess of 600 apartments throughout the inner city Karl looks forward to continuing to transform inner city Brisbane in the decades ahead.
Andrew North - Project Manager
Andrew oversees project management of medium and high-rise residential projects. Working in conjunction with our team of consultants, Andrew’s attention to detail and focus on each individual project ensures consistently timely completion of superior quality buildings.
Andrew has a sterling 25-year track record in the construction industry working with a number of medium and large building companies based in Brisbane.
